Cancellations / Refunds

If you want to cancel an appointment before 48 hours, your entire deposit will be refunded without losing it. For this situation, you must notify us via WhatsApp at 07375 322562. Refunds may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

If you decide to cancel a booked appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the £30 deposit will not be refunded. However, you can reschedule within 1 month to avoid losing the deposit, which will be given as a special exception. The deposit will be deducted from your treatment fee without deduction.

We can reschedule appointments provided we are notified at least 48 hours before the treatment date.

We reserve the right to change or cancel any date or location.

If necessary, our staff will contact customers immediately and arrange an alternative date.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments or withdraw clients if we believe they disrupt, degrade or hinder our services.
